There are plenty of sports activities how about more leisurely pursuits to pass the time?   How about a good selection of bars, restaurants and shops to peruse and enjoy? The town has a main shopping and eating zone with around five other areas where shops and bars can be found. There is a beach promenade again with some very well positioned bars and shops. From Las Cucharas beach you can stroll into a bar and enjoy a great lunch overlooking the sea and watching the windsurfers fly across the ocean.

The main type of visitors to Costa Teguise can be characterized as sports people, like windsurfers and golfers, families and retirees. They love the area and return year after year. These are often people with a decent level of expendable cash that can afford a property for sale in Costa Teguise. Buying possibilities in the area are very wide spread and there are no areas to worry about. The majority of property purchases are apartments on a complex with a pool and associated facilities. This is also the most affordable section of the market. Moving up the price scale there are well priced houses and villas with pools, garages, bbq’s, terraces and any other options you may need.

Costa Teguise is a well thought out area of Lanzarote. It appeals to all ages and has a more sedate and open feel to it than some of the busier areas of the island. Access is excellent with no congestion spots at all. Beaches are plentiful as are things to do. Property prices compare very well to the rest of the island.
